Our principal, Bryan
C. Daulton, has over a decade of collective experience as
an accounting professional. As President and CEO of
Daulton CPA, LLC he specializes in business valuation, financial
litigation support, forensic accounting, fraud examination, and
financial consulting services.
Mr. Daulton graduated from
Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Accounting; he also graduated from Otterbein University
in Westerville, Ohio with a Masters Degree in Business Administration
(MBA).
As a Certified Public Accountant
(CPA) that is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified
Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA),
Mr. Daulton has an extensive history in providing expert guidance
and services to attorneys and their clients.
